Setting Up Housekeeping
Go to Hotel → Housekeeping → Activities. Create activity types (Cleaning, Inspection, Maintenance) and assign staff.
Automatic Task Generation
When a guest checks out, a cleaning task is automatically created for that room. Supervisors can view all pending tasks on a single dashboard.
Room Status Workflow
Rooms flow through: Occupied → Dirty → Cleaning → Clean → Inspected → Available. Each stage can be updated from a mobile device.
Reports
Generate housekeeping performance reports to track average cleaning time and staff productivity under Hotel → Reports → Housekeeping.
