Check-in Process
Go to Hotel → Front Desk → Check-in. Search for the reservation, verify guest ID, and assign the room. The folio is created automatically.
During the Stay
All charges — restaurant, room service, minibar — can be posted directly to the folio. Use the Add Charges button on the folio screen.
Check-out Process
Navigate to Hotel → Front Desk → Check-out. Review the folio, apply any discounts, and process payment. The room status automatically changes to Dirty.
