When you use the hotel management demo, we collect the data you enter into the system (reservations, guest details, staff records). This data is stored on our private server and is not shared with any third party.

Email outreach

If you received an email from us, your email address was found on your publicly listed business website. We only contact business addresses. To stop receiving emails, reply with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and we will remove you immediately.

Cookies

The system uses session cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Data security

All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Demo data is isolated per session and not accessible to other users.
