Step 1: Create Room Types
Navigate to Hotel → Configuration → Room Types. Create categories like Standard, Deluxe, Suite, etc. Set the base price and capacity for each type.
Step 2: Configure Rate Plans
Under Hotel → Configuration → Rate Plans, create seasonal rates, weekend rates, and promotional prices. Link them to your room types.
Step 3: Set Up the Availability Calendar
The reservation calendar automatically reflects your room inventory. Go to Hotel → Reservations → Calendar to see real-time availability.
